This policy describes how ONYX AI Campus (“Onyx”, “we”) handles personal data collected through onyxcampus.com (the “Site”).

1. What we collect

Application form. Submitting the Apply form opens your own email client; we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, work email, team size, preferred format, and notes about your team.
AI chat assistant. To start a chat you provide your email address. Your email and the messages you exchange with the assistant are stored so our team can follow up on your questions.
Email communication. If we correspond by email, we keep the correspondence and your contact details in our CRM.
Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.

2. What we do not collect

The Site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no cross-site trackers. The chat uses your browser’s session storage only to keep the conversation open while you browse; it is cleared when you close the tab.

3. How we use your data

To answer your questions and follow up on your enquiry about the campus;
To process applications and communicate about formats, availability, and pricing;
To send relevant information about the campus to professional contacts, with a working unsubscribe option in every message;
To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run the Site: a CRM platform (to store contact details and chat follow-ups), an AI model provider (to generate assistant replies to your chat messages), and a hosting provider. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry and application data for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@onyxaicampus.com. To stop receiving emails from us, use the unsubscribe page or the link in any of our emails. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

7. Children

The Site is directed at professional teams and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always available on this page with the date above.
