One. We work with solo founders through to teams of 50. Solo founders regularly find their team here — the community fills the gap that remote work left open.
Can team members rotate in and out during a Residency? +
Yes. Residency clients run rotating programs under a single contract. New arrivals need their own visa timeline (2–4 weeks), which we handle. Most companies stagger arrivals by a few weeks to keep operations continuous.
