These terms govern your use of onyxcampus.com (the “Site”), operated by ONYX AI Campus (“Onyx”, “we”). By using the Site you accept these terms.
1. Informational site
The Site presents the Onyx campus and its formats. Content on the Site — including prices, availability, timelines, and included services — is informational and does not constitute a binding offer. Residencies, bootcamps, and retreats are subject to application, availability, and a separate written agreement.
2. Applications
Submitting the Apply form or contacting us by email expresses interest only. A booking exists solely when confirmed in a signed agreement or written confirmation from Onyx.
3. AI chat assistant
The Site includes an AI assistant that answers questions automatically. Its replies are generated by a language model, are provided for convenience, may contain inaccuracies, and are not binding commitments. Authoritative answers on pricing, availability, and conditions come from our team in writing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, probe or circumvent its security, scrape personal data, or use the chat assistant for unlawful, abusive, or automated bulk purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s text, photography, video, and branding belong to Onyx or its licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Machine-readable reuse of public page content is governed by the policy declared in our robots.txt.
